Do I need a Famaway subscription to book services?
No. Babysitting and gear rental can be booked standalone — you pay the partner directly and Famaway just coordinates. Subscribers (Concierge Short or Plus) get priority routing and bundled concierge hours.
How fast can you find a babysitter?
For weekdays, typically 4–24 hours. Weekends can be same-day if you request before noon. We’ll always confirm availability before you commit.
What gear do you rent?
Strollers (lightweight + all-terrain), car seats (0+, 1, 2/3, booster), travel cots with linens, baby carriers (Ergo/Manduca), high chairs, sound machines, and a few specialised items on request (e.g. BOB jogging stroller). Everything is sanitised between rentals and EN 1888 certified.
Who are the partners?
Local Vienna-based small businesses that Rozi has personally met and vetted. We do not work with faceless international aggregators. If a partner falls below our standard, they’re replaced.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. All payments processed via Stripe (EU-hosted, PCI-compliant). For partner services, you pay the partner directly through Famaway’s billing — one clean invoice, no splits.
